Job Description:
The DevOps project management position will provide project management and some technical guidance to the teams across IT on the Dev Ops initiatives. This position will manage the coordination efforts across IT to ensure teams are aligned and working towards the defined and desired goals established.
Skills / Responsibilities:

PMP certification is a plus.

Senior ETL Developer
Job Description:
The ETL Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining all ETL tasks. The position requires expertise in Data Integration concepts and ETL methodologies using Informatica and Microsoft SSIS, it requires also expertise in database design and development.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY:

Job Purpose:
Senior Data Analyst/Modeler is responsible for implementing Data Modelling Solutions in collaboration with Data Architect in order to streamline and support Enterprise Data Management.

Relationship Manager (RM), Business Relationship Management
Job Purpose:
The primary role of Business Relationship Management (BRM) Function is to align IT Value chain along “Run The Bank”, “Grow The Bank” and “Transform The Bank” with the business and enabler divisions of the bank.
Business Relationship Managers, also known as business information managers or account manager act as liaisons between the IT departments and business units to ensure enhancements, projects and goals are aligned with business/enabler strategy & plan. Overseeing compliance with service-level agreements and assisting preparation of information technology plans within the business units.
Specifically, BRM function will involve in the following activities:
Building relationships: Establishing and managing sustainable relationships with the business; measuring relationship dimensions of trust, commitment, convenience, and credibility.
Managing different constituencies: Managing multiple relationships (e.g., lines of business [LOBs],CFO, CEO) and becoming a consolidated point of interaction for the type of customer requests, opportunities, and complaints that are out of the scope of daily service centre support (e.g., service desk).
Defining and planning value: Assisting the business with IT value definition and IT investment decisions (e.g., joint business/IT planning), and providing a connection between business strategy, processes and activities and information technology capabilities and limitations. This activity should link BRM to IT strategy, architecture, development, and operations. Planning IT value by defining metrics for value delivery, such as correlating with business KPIs (key performance indicators).
Managing expectations (versus perceptions): Managing the gap between levels of customer expectations and customer perceptions by applying a planned versus an event-driven approach. A planned approach includes initiatives to seek customer feedback (e.g., customer satisfaction surveys and interviews), while an event-driven approach includes monitoring and managing of customer requests/complaints.
Capturing, categorizing, and prioritizing requests and issues: Negotiating, accepting, or “pushing back” project/solution requests, service requests, issues with service performance, and service problems and changes.
Creating/delivering value: Contributing to the integrated IT value chain (an integrated set of IT activities impacting the end) by interfacing with appropriate IT processes for timely and quality delivery of value as agreed upon with the business (e.g., delivering new solutions/services that are planned with the business and guided by IT strategy and architecture).
